Welcome to Spanishlettings.co.uk limited. This site is a portal tool for use by its"members" to advertise their Spanish holiday homes. Spanishlettings is not involved at any part of the transaction that is agreed between a property owner "member" and a property "user". For this reason Spanish lettings does not accept any liability or responsibility for any issues that should arise. We cannot verify nor confirm any of the details provided by our individual members regarding the given details of their properties.

We remind all of our members to try and give an as accurate version of the details and condition of their home, location etc. All users should be aware that Spanish lettings provides a feedback section for all of our listings and these can be accessed by all visitors to the site. Properties that gain negative feedback will not only lessen their chances of future rentals but will also be subject to being removed by Spanish lettings. All customers who use this site agree not to use it for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these terms and conditions. Your continued use of the site also signifies that you indemnify Spanish lettings from any, loss or damage, or costs, in connection with any breach of these conditions or any other legal obligation by you and your use of, or conduct on the site.


2. Copyright:

Material and software on these sites is copyright protected. Other than using it for your own personal use the material may not otherwise be used or copied without the prior written approval of Spanish lettings or the body who listed that information on the sites.

All of our users agree that they must own the copyright for all of the material that they display as their own (including both photographs and wording). The member grants Spanish lettings all use of their Material for whatever purposes they choose to use them within (including marketing and advertising). The member irrevocably and unconditionally indemnifies Spanish lettings immediately on demand against any cost, loss or liability (including legal costs) which Spanish lettings may incur by reason of any breach of copyright arising from its use of the Material. The member understands that it may not reproduce photographic or textual material from any part of the Spanish lettings website without permission from the relevant copyright owner.

Members and visitors to the site may be required to provide certain information about them, including name and contact details. We may collect information about your use of this site and also the property and the type of property you wish to rent. All information collected is to provide the site with important information and feedback to sustain the ongoing improvement and growth of the site. We may choose to share this information with any of our third parties or partners who we feel may be of benefit or possible interest to you.

Registered members can update their information, change settings or cancel their subscription on their 'member details' page once signed in.

Like many websites, we use "cookies" to enable us to personalise your visits to this website, simplify the signing-in procedure, keep track of your preferences and to track the usage of this website. We may change our privacy policy from time to time as we add new services or in response to changes in the law or our commercial arrangements. Any changes to our policy will be posted on this page.

We reserve the right to use and share information concerning our advertisers, including your Internet Protocol (IP) address, with law enforcement authorities and/or other companies in the same industry as Spanish lettings Ltd for the purpose of fraud prevention.

5. Multi listing properties:

A property advertisement on Spanish lettings relates only to one single property. This cannot be used to advertise for other properties that may be owned even if they are within the same complex or location. Spanish lettings reserve the right to amend or remove any property adverts not adhering to this policy. For extra properties owners should take advantage of the discounted rates for additional listings.

6. Removal/termination of agreement:

If Spanish lettings receives substantiated complaints from any number of site users about a specific members property, its surroundings, or the information supplied, then we reserve the right to remove the property page without notice, and retain payment. If a member attempts to enter unsuitable material into the online database, or persistently misuses the on-line systems, Spanish lettings reserves the right to remove the member and all of their details from the site. Full payment will be retained. Spanish lettings reserves the right to refuse or remove any member and their details from its web site that it considers unsuitable, incomplete or misleading, and will not be liable for any expense in so doing. Spanish lettings reserve the right to refuse any member from its web site where the content fails to meet our minimum requirements. If members wish to have their property page removed from the web site before the end of their subscription, this will be done as soon as we receive formal notice from the subscriber by email or using the 'contact us' page, quoting their log in details. No refunds will be given.

7. Exchanging properties:

A property advertisement on Spanish lettings relates to a specific property, and this property cannot be changed for another by making any changes to the wording or photographs within their advert unless with permission granted by Spanishlettings. If a member is found to have changed the property being described, Spanish lettings reserve the right to remove the property or charge a new subscription charge.

8. Contact:

To maintain the desired levels of customer satisfaction members must make every attempt to remain available to respond to the enquiries that we have generated for them both by telephone and emails. If people are aware of a time scale of more than three days that they know they will be unavailable for, we would ask them to offer an alternative temporary contact or leave a temporary message on both the telephone and email.  Spanish lettings reserve the right to suspend adverts of owners who are unreachable for more than 1 week and it will be the responsibility of the member to request re-activation upon their return.

9. External links:

Spanish lettings reserve the right to remove from adverts both email addresses and links to any external websites which are not deemed suitable for our visitors, or act in any way against the interests of the company or its advertisers. Should any member add a link or email address without consent, re-add a link or email address after its removal or remove reciprocated links from their website, we reserve the right to cancel their advertising without refund.

10. Payments:

When new properties are registered on the site payment should be made using the online PayPal option. If any other form of payment is desired members should email info@spanishlettings.co.uk or use the 'contact us' form on the site to arrange accordingly. Properties cannot be displayed until actual payments have been processed in the companies account.

11. Changes to pricing and conditions:

Spanish lettings reserve the right to change all of our rates, terms and conditions without the need of any prior notice. Any new rates will be applicable immediately for all new members and their advertisements and all renewals for both new and existing customers.

12. Refund policy:

Spanish lettings are a rental portal and do therefore not provide an actual product.  As an offer of a cooling off period, should any members decide to withdraw from their agreement they should request to do so by email within seven days of the original arrangement date. Spanish lettings will then be happy offer a full refund subject to a £20 administration charge.
