| The Hot Properties section allows properties to be flash highlighted on the home page offering further exposure for your property to an immediate audience. The price is per advert per week. | |
"Last minute deals" | only £20 |
| The Last minute deals section allows members to advertise specialist rates for their property. The property is flash rotated on the home page offering further exposure and alerting users to the potential discount on offer. The price is per property per fortnight. | |
"Sales" | only £129 |
| You can use our same simple format to advertise your spanish property for sale for a one off payment per annum. Once again take advantage of our system by cutting out any middle men and let the potential buyers contact you directly, potentially saving thousands in estate agencies charges. Take a full page of advertising and upload your full property details, sales price and up to ten photographs. Even if you are unable to show the property for yourself, simply add your estate agents contact details and help to direct more potential buyers towards your property. | |
"Full membership" and "Sales" section | only £199 |
| If you choose to advertise your property in both the "lettings" and "sale" sections you can take advantage of a special package price. The total cost for two adverts is normally 258 pounds per annum. If you pay for both adverts in the same transaction, for one year, you can save 59 pounds. | |
