There is a large gas BBQ on the terrace as well as a dinning table and chairs. the apt has English Sky TV, flat screen TV, hot and cold air conditioning and underfloor heating in the bathrooms. The development has three excellent swimming pools as well as an indoor heated pool, gymnasium and spa.

Capanes del golf is situated in Benahavis, just ten minutes from Puerto Banus and Marbella. The development features spectacular sub tropical gardens, with indoor and outdoor swimming pools as well as a spa. The development is surrounded by its own nine hole golf course called El Higueral which offers incredible views. The complex has 24 hr security and is extremely private. In the nearby village of Benahavis there are many fine restaurants, shops, bars and sporting facilities to choose from. The nearest beach is less than five minutes away at San Pedro. The location is perfect for all holiday makers as you are surrounded by something for everyone. There are over 20 golf courses within less than a ten minute drive from the apartment, some of which include Los Flamingos, marbella club, monte Mayor, Atalaya, El Paraiso, Aloha and Los Naranjos. All of the designer shops in Puerto Banus and Marbella are just a short drive. Also on the coast are a number of beach clubs such as Nikki beach and ocean club and Mistral beach. For families with younger children there are theme parks close by at Tivoli world in fuengirola, Selwo safari park just minutes away near Estepona and a water slide park also in Fuengirola. The apartment is about a 40 minute drive by car from both Malaga international and Gibraltar airports.

Should you require to cancel your booking the following refund shall be available. Cancellation more than 8 weeks before holiday 100% refund. Cancellation less than 6 weeks before holiday 75% refund. Cancellation less than 4 weeks before holiday 50% refund. Cancellation less than two weeks before holiday 25% refund. If you are forced to cancel less than a week before departure a 10% refund would returned.
