The townhouse is set on two floors and also comes with an excellent roof terrace. An entrance hallway leads into a spacious lounge and dining area that is linked into an open plan kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped and has all utensils and appliances that you could require. At the rear of the property there is a nice terrace area which is very private and ideal for outdoor dining, BBQ´s and sunbathing. On the first floor there are two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The master room has a large double bed and an en-suite shower room. the guest bedroom has twin single beds and is next to the house bathroom which has shower cubicle, bath, sink and w.c. The townhouse is located just metres form the beach of San Pedro de Alcantara. San Pedro has a fantastic stretch of beaches which has many restaurants, beach bars and water sports. The area also has a tennis club and a busy town centre with excellent traditional shops and tapas bars. just a few minutes away are the bigger towns of Marbella and Estepona. Both have an excellent selection of shops, bars, restaurants and nightlife. Also just a few minutes away by car is the very lively and exclusive destination of Puerto Banus. Renowned for being the playground for the rich and famous the port has multi million pound yachts, excellent boutique designer shops and a great night life. The townhouse is surrounded by a number of top golf courses as well as many other attractions such as water parks, a safari park and go karting. Malaga airport is just 40 minutes away by car.
