This holiday apartment is located on a family friendly development with lovely communal swimming pool, gardens and tennis court. The apartment has a large lounge/dining room with English Sky Television and a DVD player. The lounge has patio doors leading on to a spacious terrace that catches plenty of sunlight and offers excellent open views. In the lounge there is a double sofa bed which can comfortably sleep two adults. There is a large fully fitted kitchen with built in appliances and a utility room with washing machine and dryer. The bedroom has two single beds which can be joined to make one king sized double. The house bathroom has a walk in power shower and underfloor heating. The apartment also has Air conditioning throughout and comes with an underground parking space.

The property is located in East Estepona, just a few minutes from the Selwo Safari theme park. It is under five minutes by car to get to Estepona where you can find many golden beaches with various activities, beach bars, water sports and children's clubs. In the other direction you will come to San Pedro which also has many excellent beaches and activities for families. Marbella and Puerto Banus are both under ten minutes by car and here you will find many excellent shops, restaurants, bars and nightlife. The area has a large amount of golf clubs all within a ten minute drive including the excellent Los flamingos which now has three courses set around the exclusive villa Padierna hotel. The apartment is about a 40 minute drive from both Gibraltar and Malaga international airport. Car hire would be recommended to best appreciate all of the many activities and sites located close by.
